Information
“Flight Information Monitors”, which include detailed information about the flights to/from the terminal, are placed on many spots of YDA Dalaman Airport Terminals . There is one info counter both in terminal arrival and departure halls aiming to inform the passengers and visitors, reply their questions and produce solutions to their problems.

İnformations counters are also designed to provide our disabled passengers with convenient access.

The announcements are made in appropriate languages considering the different nationalities of the passengers.

There are Terminal Officers in YDA Dalaman International Terminal functioning for to direct the passengers at the check in, gate and in the sections before the arrival passport check points and for to assist the passengers about the possible problems that may arise.

First Aid
Clinic, a subsidiary of JET Saglik, renders 24 hours general and emergency health services in the terminal. Doctors, nurses and other supporting units continuously function in the first aid center in the terminal and a fully equipped ambulance waits in the terminal 24 hours in case it is needed to transfer the patients under best conditions to the closest health center.

For any emergency case, all the measures for to transfer the first aid teams to the scene in the possible shortest time and render medical assistance have been taken.

Parking Lot
 

There is a parking lot suitable for the parking of buses, minibuses and cars. The parking lot is just in front of the terminal and the security of the parking spaces are under permanent control. “Park Café” to be enjoyed by the passengers and waiting persons who park their vehicles in the lot is come in the service in 2007.

Security
The security systems, which are established by considering the national and international standards, regulations and recommendations, fully assure the security of the passengers and airplanes that use Dalaman Airport YDA International Terminal . Under this coverage; X-Ray and Metal Detectors placed at the entrances and departure gates of the terminal, automatic Explosive Detection System (EDS) functioning as integrated to Baggage Handling System, CCTV System enabling to monitor every inch of the terminal and BRS System making passenger baggage matching, all designed using the latest state of art technologies on globe.These established systems are under the control and operation of police and special security teams subject to continuous freshening trainings.
Baby Care
The baby care rooms placed on various points of the terminal are organized for to enable the parents for easily meeting any need of their babies.
Prayer Rooms
On the arriving and departure floors, there are mosques/prayer rooms which are arranged wide and comfortable usage areas servicing 7 days/ 24 hours.
Telephones
There is sufficient number of public use pay phones in all passenger areas at easily accessible spots. These phones all function with pay cards, credit cards being sold all over the terminal.
Internet
You can use wifi at Departure route after passport control at 2nd floor in the Restaurant and Cafes Areas and at Park Cafe

PTT
You can find PTT boxes in the terminals.
Lost Property Office
All the forgotten or lost baggage and goods of all the terminal passengers and visitors shall be moved under records once they are found; protected and delivered upon request. Lost Property Office is open for 24 hours.

Automated cash machines are loceted arrival, departure and in the parking lot.

Tax Free
The passengers not residing in Turkey may take the VAT amount back when they buy a product. Tax refund statement shall be made in departing passenger halls before the Check-in procedures. You shall cause the confirmation of the Tax Free checks accompanied by the bought goods, invoice/check and your passport in the Customs Inspection Office of the terminal departure hall. The customs officers inform the passengers about the Tax Free system.
